Product Description:
The fruit was harvested and placed directly into open-top fermenters. Natural fermentation commenced and was held on its skins for 8 days, before being pressed to oak barrels. Aged in French barriques, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was allowed to age with minimal intervention prior to bottling.

The nose opens up with cherry, raspberry, white pepper, & peach aromas. On its' medium-bodied palate, luscious red fruit flavors emerge framed by supple tannins culminating in a long & pleasantly lingering finish.
