Product Description:
The vines are predominantly 198-19 clones with some 110 clones to provide depth of flavour. The rootstock is a mix of 101-14 and 3309, both low-vigor rootstocks that limit crop and enhance flavor intensity. Vines were hand-thinned to reduce the number of bunches, resulting in a very low crop load and producing an intensely flavored wine.
The fruit was gently pressed into the tank for cold settling. The clear juice was then racked into a tank and inoculated with selected yeast strains. The ferment was cool for a fruit-driven style of wine and was arrested when a balance of acid and sugar was achieved. The wine spent 4 months on yeast lees before being racked and processed to bottle.

Medium straw. Flavors: citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Petroleum, citrus blossoms. Taste: off-dry, clean, accessible, good balance in sweetness and acidity’s. Honeysuckle, citrus, and tropical fruit. Medium long pleasant finish.
